Verantwortlichkeit für Planung, Organisation und Gewährleistung aller operativen Prozesse mit dem Ziel 100%iger Kundenzufriedenheit bei gleichzeitig ausgeprägtem Kostenbewusstsein Führung aller Lagermitarbeiter/innen (disziplinarisch und fachlich), sowie permanente Personaleinsatzplanung in Absprache mit allen Bereichen und Personalbedarfsmeldungen sowie Bestellungen bei Dienstleistern POC (Point of Contact) für den Kunden bei stetiger Sicherstellung der Einhaltung und Optimierung von Qualitäts- und Performancekennzahlen Steuerung, Überwachung und korrigierendes Eingreifen in die operativen Abläufe, wie auch Sicherung von gesetzlich und intern vorgegebenen Arbeitsschutzstandards Sicherstellung von Einarbeitung und Schulungen der Mitarbeiter/innen durch die Supervisoren, Mitarbeiterentwicklungsgespräche und Monitoring von Trainingsmaßnahmen Vertretungsweise Teil-Übernahme von Aufgaben der Standortleitung Urlaubsplanung und -genehmigungen für Personal in eigenen Verantwortungsbereich WAS BRINGST DU MIT? Hochschulabschluss vorzugsweise im Bereich Logistik, BWL, VWL o.ä.
