Die Abteilung vertritt die arbeits- und sozialpolitischen Interessen des Konzerns, entwickelt personalpolitische Instrumente, koordiniert und unterstützt die Personalbereiche der Konzerngesellschaften und stellt bei gesellschaftsübergreifenden Fragen eine einheitliche Verfahrensweise sicher.
