Stellenbeschreibung Für unseren namhaften Auftraggeber in Frankfurt am Main suchen wir zum frühestmöglichen Eintrittstermin eine/n Produktionssteuerer (m/w/d) Ihr Aufgabengebiet Sie steuern und überwachen aktiv den gesamten Materialfluss vom Lager bis zur Produktionslinie, um eine kontinuierliche Versorgung sicherzustellen Die pünktliche und bedarfsgerechte Bereitstellung aller benötigten Materialien an den jeweiligen Arbeitsplätzen und Linien liegt ebenfalls in Ihrer Verantwortung Sie stellen sicher, dass die richtigen Materialien in der korrekten Stückzahl und der erwarteten Qualität zur Verfügung stehen Sie überwachen, steuern und optimieren Kanban-Kreisläufe zur effizienten Materialnachschubsteuerung Sie steuern das Personal, das für die Materialversorgung der Linien zuständig ist, um die operativen Ziele zu erreichen (keine disziplinarische Führung) Potenzielle Materialengpässe erkennen Sie frühzeitig und stimmen sich entsprechend mit dem Lagerleitstand, sowie den Teamleitern des Lagers und der Produktion ab Relevanten Daten und Vorgänge pflegen Sie aktuell und präzise in unseren ERP- (z.B.
Ihre Aufgaben Planung und Durchführung der technisch einwandfreien, vertragskonformen und wirtschaftlichen Inbetriebnahme (IBS) von Hochspannungsanlagen innerhalb komplexer Systeme Erstellung der anlagenspezifischen Systemdokumentation, inklusive Prüfprotokollen und Fehlerberichten, unter Einhaltung aller einschlägigen Normen und Qualitätsvorgaben Überwachung der Einhaltung von Normen, Vorschriften, Qualitäts- und HSE-Richtlinien sowie Übernahme der entsprechenden Aufsichtspflichten im Rahmen des Terminplans Koordination aller IBS-Aktivitäten mit Weisungsbefugnis, einschließlich Änderungsmanagement, Dokumentationspflege und Abweichungsmeldung zur Sicherstellung der vollständigen As-built-Unterlagen für den Kunden Einsatzplanung und fachliche Führung des IBS-Personals in enger Abstimmung mit dem Baustellenleiter Ihre Qualifikationen Abgeschlossenes Studium als Dipl.-Ing. in der Elektro- und Leittechnik Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Hoch-/Mittel-/Niederspannungstechnik, insbesondere mit Transformatoren, gasisolierten Schaltanlagen, USV-Anlagen und Hauptschalttafeln Vertraut mit relevanten Regelwerken und Richtlinien (z.
